Resposta curta: To remove metadata from a video, choose an MP4, MOV or M4V file and review the local inspection report. AI Remover Pro replaces selected metadata boxes with same-size free space, verifies the output, and downloads a clean copy without transcoding the video or audio streams.

What video metadata can be removed?

The report identifies supported C2PA / Content Credentials UUID boxes, XMP, title, author, comments, encoder metadata, known location fields, and non-empty movie or track timestamps. Required container boxes and media payloads are preserved.

Remove AI metadata from video without transcoding

The cleaner edits the ISO Base Media File Format container. It does not decode or re-encode the picture or sound. C2PA is provenance metadata; removing it does not remove pixel-level signals such as SynthID and cannot control labels assigned independently by another platform.

A verification receipt before download

The output is inspected again. Download starts only when selected metadata is absent, the file size is unchanged, and every media-data range remains at the same byte offset and length.

How to remove metadata from a video

  1. Choose an MP4, MOV or M4V file.
  2. Review the metadata blocks and removal options.
  3. Select Remove metadata and wait for output verification.
  4. Download the verified clean copy.

Perguntas frequentes

Does removing video metadata reduce quality?
No transcoding is performed. The video and audio payloads stay in their original byte ranges, so metadata removal does not introduce another lossy encode.
Can this remove AI metadata from a Gemini video?
It removes supported C2PA / Content Credentials and descriptive encoder metadata found in compatible MP4, MOV or M4V containers. The report shows the exact blocks found and verified as removed.
Does this remove SynthID from video?
No. SynthID is a signal embedded in media content, not ordinary container metadata. This tool makes no claim to remove it.
Is my video uploaded?
No. Inspection, cleaning and verification run in the browser on your device. The original file is never modified.
What is the file size limit?
Desktop browsers accept up to 500 MiB. Phones and tablets use a 200 MiB limit to reduce memory pressure and tab crashes.
