About AI Remover Pro

AI Remover Pro is a free suite of image-metadata tools by BrickAI. The core cleaner, viewer and editor run in your browser: they remove EXIF, GPS, IPTC, XMP and AI metadata (C2PA / Content Credentials, Stable Diffusion parameters), read hidden photo data, and write GPS, author or copyright when you choose.

How it works

For the core cleaner, viewer and editor, your image is read into memory locally and processed with a small, dependency-free engine — the same logic that powers our open Rust core. Those tools make no image upload, storage or logging request. You can verify this in your browser's Network panel and in the result receipt.

Two optional features work differently: Tier 2 AI pixel analysis and Studio Advanced protection send only the selected image after a clear consent step. Their upload notice appears before processing, and the service does not keep a reusable image library.

What we're honest about

Our tools operate on metadata. Invisible in-pixel watermarks such as Google SynthID live in the image pixels and cannot be removed by stripping metadata — no metadata tool can remove them. We tell you when an image carries AI markers so you understand what remains.

Formats

Viewing and removing metadata works for JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC. Geotagging and stamping work for JPEG, PNG and WebP; HEIC writing is not supported. Start with the AI metadata cleaner or inspect a photo's metadata.
