What location metadata can reveal
A geotag may contain latitude, longitude, altitude, direction and a GPS timestamp. Together, those fields can reveal a home, workplace or travel route even when the location is not visible in the picture.
Remove a geotag without changing the image
This GPS metadata remover edits supported metadata blocks, not image pixels. The final receipt identifies the location fields removed; visible landmarks naturally remain.
GPS lives inside EXIF, not a separate block
