Short answer: Instagram, Facebook and others apply “Made with AI” labels mainly by reading the C2PA / Content Credentials metadata embedded by AI tools. AI Remover Pro strips that metadata in your browser. Platforms may use other signals too, and invisible watermarks like SynthID remain, so label removal cannot be guaranteed.
Why the label appears
AI generators (and some editors) embed a signed C2PA manifest — “Content Credentials” — recording that the image was AI-made or AI-edited. Social platforms read it and add a label automatically. Removing the manifest removes that trigger.
What we can and can't do
AI Remover Pro removes C2PA, IPTC and XMP AI tags. It cannot remove invisible in-pixel watermarks like Google SynthID, and platforms may infer AI use by other means. Use this to control your metadata, honestly.
Not the same as removing a visible watermark
