Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Remover Pro, a product of BrickAI ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service is

The core tools — the metadata cleaner, viewer, geotag editor and local watermark repair — run entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded to use them. Two optional features, Tier 2 AI pixel analysis and Studio Advanced protection, are consent-gated and send only the image you choose to a server for that one request. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what each feature does and doesn't send.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, to reverse-engineer or scrape it beyond normal use, or to try to bypass any usage limits. We may suspend or block access for activity that violates these Terms.

Your files, our software

You keep all rights to the images and files you process here — we don't claim ownership of them, and the core tools never even receive a copy. The AI Remover Pro software, design and branding remain the property of BrickAI; using the site doesn't grant you any rights to them beyond what's needed to use the tools as intended.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee a specific outcome — for example, that a platform will stop applying an AI label, or that any tool will be error-free or uninterrupted. Several pages on this site describe specific, honest limitations (such as invisible pixel watermarks like SynthID, which no metadata tool can remove); those limitations are part of these Terms, not just marketing copy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BrickAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, files or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Third-party and optional services

Tier 2 pixel analysis and Studio Advanced protection are processed by services BrickAI operates or contracts with, under their own applicable terms. We are not responsible for services outside AI Remover Pro that you separately choose to use.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms; check back here if you want to review them.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service, or to an account, for conduct that violates these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
